At GGB we appreciate your business. In order to provide you with the best quality of service
the following  policies have been implemented:
An initial consultation is required for new clients. PLEASE DO NOT BRING
CHILDREN unless they are receiving the service. Thank you for your cooperation.

Consultations are FREE but must be scheduled as we do not take walk-in
appointments. The exact cost of your desired style will be quoted at the conclusion of
the consultation. The exact cost  of your  service will depend upon the length, density,
texture and overall condition of the hair. Prices listed below are a guide to the price
range of services.

A minimum, non-refundable, $25 deposit is required to schedule
Hairstyling and Lock Maintenance services.  A minimum, non-refundable,
$100 deposit is required to schedule Sisterlocks™ or Brotherlocks™
package locking session. Deposits must be made within 24 hours of the
appointment request in order to hold the requested date. This deposit
will be deducted from the total cost of your  service. Scroll down and

Sisterlocks™ or Brotherlocks™ to your Shopping Cart.
CASH is the preferred method payment . For your convenience, we now accept the
following major forms of payment:
    Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover  and Pay Pal.

Cancellations require 48 hours notice to avoid forfeiture of  deposit. Deposit may be
used to reschedule service or towards the purchase of products and/or accessories.
All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited after 90 days.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notification will be subject to
rescheduling. "No-shows" may be refused future service.
